We worked with Diana to have the Melt Food Truck at our welcome party for our wedding in upstate NY. This was quite the hike for them, especially in December, but we couldn’t have been more happy with the outcome. Not only was the food delicious, but Diana was willing to stay open a little while longer to feed all our guests. Truly amazing Grilled Cheeses and Desserts. There was nothing on the menu our guests, and ourselves, didn’t love. Would absolute rebook for future events!
