Catering

A full package catered event includes savory sandwiches from our regular and special menus, kettle chips, hot tomato soup shots(in season), dessert melts, soda and water. We can design your package to fit your group just right. Please let us know what you had in mind in the comments section of the catering form.

We offer sides, salads and/or appetizer packages for an additional charge per person.

Original Melt

Vermont Cheddar, Monterrey Jack, Mozzarella and Gruyere on Country White Bread.

The Insanewich

A grilled 6oz Angus burger with Bacon, shredded Lettuce, chopped Tomatoes and Melt Sauce between 2 Originals.

The Pork-U-Pine

Tillamook Cheddar, BBQ pulled Pork, caramelized Onions, and sliced Dill Pickles on buttery grilled Country White.

Meatball 3 Cheese Squeeze

Diana’s Meatballs in Marinara, Fresh Mozzarella, Pecorino Romano, Parmigiano Reggiano and Fresh Basil on Tuscan Bread.

The Svelt Melt

Lowfat Jarlsberg, oven roasted Turkey, Roma Tomatoes whole grain Honey Mustard grilled on a 7 Grain.

Jalapeño Popper Melt

Vermont Cheddar, Cream Cheese on Cheddar Crusted Country White.

The Caprese

Fresh Mozzarella, Prosciutto di Parma, fire Roasted Peppers, Tomato, Arugula and pesto aioli on Kalamata Olive Bread.

Short Rib Melt

Braised Beef short ribs, caramelized onions on an original melt.

White Truffle Melt

Fontina, Mascarpone, chives, white truffle oil, sauteed cremini mushrooms served on grilled Tuscan bread.

We offer an additional hour of service as a cocktail hour which includes a server to pass a selection of the appetizers below….Hosts may pick 3, 4, 5 or 6.

Mini angus burgers on brioche with pickles, American cheese and melt sauce.

CHIMICHURRI SKIRT STEAK QUESADILLA TRIANGLES

with a dollop of guacamole and sour cream.

MINI AMERICANO TACOS

Crispy classic mini beef tacos served in a lime wedge.

SOFT MINI SHRIMP TACOS

Served with a mango pineapple avocado salsa.

GREEK SALAD SKEWERS

Marinated chicken souvlaki with feta, tomato, kalamata olives and pepperoncini drizzled with Greek dressing.

CAPRESE SKEWERS

Fresh mozzarella,red and yellow grape tomatoes, fresh basil, olive oil.

MINI CRAB CAKES

Panko Crusted Jumbo Lump Crab Cakes served with micro greens and lemon caper aioli (extra $1 per person).

Jumbo shrimp cocktail served with classic cocktail sauce and old bay aioli.

CRUDITE CUPS

Fresh colorful raw veggies served in individualized cups with homemade buttermilk ranch dressing.

White bean and shrimp, Ricotta and wild mushroom duxelles and classic bruschetta.

TUNA TARTARE WONTONS

-Crispy wontons served with sesame, avocado tuna tartare with a spicy mayo drizzle (extra $1 per person).

PIGS IN A BLANKET

Served with honey mustard.

MINI MEATBALLS

-Served in individual cups with fresh marinara, whipped ricotta and basil chiffonade.

SCALLOPS WRAPPED IN BACON

Served with casino butter (extra $1 per person).

TOMATO SOUP SHOTS
